Telefundraising Positions

Donor Services Group has two call centers, both in the Los Angeles area. At each call center we contact existing supporters of our non-profit and charitable clients.   Periodically, each call center has opportunities available for telephone fundraisers and other management and support positions. We offer full and part-time flexible daytime and evening schedules at each of our locations. Donor Services Group is an equal opportunity employer offering competitive compensation plans.  

Wilshire Call Center, Los Angeles
Telefundraisers in our Wilshire facility call on behalf of 40 - 60 national non-profit organizations. The job for each telefundraiser is to build on each organization's relationship with its donors while also asking for pledges to support the work of those organizations. The Donor Services Group raises between $20 - $30 million annually through telefundraising to support the missions of its client organizations. We offer hourly pay and a performance based compensation program.

Experience: HS or equivalent, previous telemarketing sales or fundraising helpful. Training is provided to those with less experience but who have a genuine passion to help non-profit organizations succeed

Other qualifications :

Strong communication skills
Fundraising experience (will train)
Ability to read and speak English
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated

Co-op Call Center, Sherman Oaks
Telefundraisers in the Co-op call on behalf of 5 - 10 national non-profit organizations.   The job for each Co-op caller is to dialogue with donors with the intent of enhancing donors' knowledge and commitment to the work of the organization they already support. Co-op callers use their ability to establish rapport with each donor and to ask each donor to increase their support for the organization. While positions are limited at the Co-op, a generous hourly pay and a performance based compensation program is available to those that qualify. 

Experience: HS or equivalent, previous telemarketing sales or fundraising helpful. Training is provided to those with less experience but who have a genuine passion to help non-profit organizations succeed.
